Limited Warranty

Unless a specific listing states otherwise, items are provided “AS IS” with no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Your statutory rights, if any, remain and may vary by jurisdiction.

Manufacturing Defect vs. Normal Characteristics

Manufacturing defect: a material or workmanship error attributable to us (e.g., missing parts, severe delamination on arrival).
Normal characteristics: visible layer lines, minor surface artifacts, slight color variation, and dimensional variance within ≈ ±0.3–0.5 mm, which are inherent to additive manufacturing and not defects.

Remedies (If Required by Law)

If the law provides a non‑waivable remedy for manufacturing defects, our sole obligation is, at our option, to repair, reprint, replace, or refund the purchase price of the affected item after reasonable verification.

Critical Safety Disclaimers

Food Contact: Do not use 3D‑printed parts for food or drink contact unless a product is explicitly labeled food‑safe and made with certified materials and post‑processing.
Heat/UV: Many plastics (e.g., PLA) can deform with heat or prolonged sun exposure—avoid leaving items in cars or near heat sources.
Chemicals: Solvents, fuels, and cleaning agents may weaken plastics; test compatibility first.
Children: Unless a product is specifically labeled and tested as a children’s product, it is not a toy. Small parts and magnets can cause injury. Keep out of reach of children.
Automotive & Load‑Bearing Use: Parts are for hobby/appearance use unless expressly stated otherwise. Verify fit, clearances, fastener torque; use at your own risk.
Outdoor/Environmental Exposure: UV, moisture, and temperature cycles can degrade plastics; inspect periodically and replace as needed.

Installation & Use

Follow included instructions. Improper installation, misuse, or modification voids any remedy. Always verify fitment before driving a vehicle or using equipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
