By placing an order, you agree that all sales are final, products are sold as‑is, and there are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or guarantees of quality, fitness, or performance.

1) All Sales Final

• Every product is treated as custom or made‑to‑order; no returns are accepted for any reason.
• Includes: change of mind, incorrect size/color/material, subjective appearance, shipping delays, or normal additive‑manufacturing characteristics.

2) No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

• Once payment is processed, you waive any right to a refund, including dissatisfaction, errors in submitted files, or failure to meet a particular function/performance.
• Risk of carrier delay/loss/damage transfers upon shipment as described in the Shipping Policy.

3) No Promise of Quality or Fitness

All products are sold strictly “AS IS.” We make no promises or guarantees regarding surface finish, color accuracy, dimensional accuracy, durability, suitability, or longevity.

4) Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and safety of your designs, dimensions, and use. We do not verify or certify products for any particular purpose.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price paid for the product at issue. No indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

6) Governing Law
