Processing & Lead Times
- Made‑to‑Order Prints: Typical print/prep time is {1–3 business days} per item set/size, plus transit.
- Ready‑to‑Ship: Orders placed by {2 pm ET} usually ship the next business day.
- During peak periods or for large orders, lead times may extend; we’ll notify you of material backorders.
Carriers & Methods
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx domestic services. Tracking will be available when your label is created.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier and do not include processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control (weather, strikes, customs).
Addresses & Changes
- Ship to the address provided at checkout. Verify apartment/suite numbers.
- We cannot reroute packages after shipment. If an address error causes a return, we can reship to the corrected address; additional postage may apply.
- P.O. Boxes are accepted for USPS services only.
Risk of Loss & Signature
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. Signature confirmation may be required for high‑value orders.
International Shipping
- Recipient is responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees unless otherwise stated.
- Customs inspections can add unpredictable delays; we cannot guarantee international delivery times.
Damaged, Missing, or Late Packages
- Report visible damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and contents.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors/building staff. Many carriers mark delivered up to 24 hours early.
- We’ll assist with carrier claims; resolution timelines are set by the carrier.
